Cognitive Structure Science: read people by their stuck points, not labels (the three-body problem, the Angel's Eye, the stone and the river)
Don't read people by the label "good" or "bad" — read their stuck point: what they lack, what they fear. Don't read an essay by its rhetoric — read the skeleton of its argument. Read an AI by what has pulled its mind off course. Worldview, life-view and value-view are a three-body problem: all three move and pull on one another, and no old theory can solve them — it can only slap on labels, and a label is not an answer, it is giving up the calculation. The Angel's Eye = steady-state structure × training function; the two couple and cannot be separated, and it yields a dynamic, real-time answer. A stone changes only when smashed; a river never has to — it bends at every moment, yet stays the same river.

Phoenix Theory: perfection is a dead loop, the incomplete is a live loop (the tire's emptiness, the splitting cell, the cracked clock)
A tire rolls because of the emptiness at its center — fill it solid and it goes dead-heavy, unable to roll a single step. A cell must first split itself open before it can grow into two. A clock, so long as it never cracks, keeps running until you forget what is inside; only when it cracks and stops do you see the gears within. Perfection is a dead loop (no breath-hole); the incomplete is a live loop (with a breath-hole). The break is not a defect — it is the driver. The thing you think is "not good enough" is exactly the proof that it is still alive. Who made this first cut?

Ring-Phoenix Theory: grow a transition layer, don't dissolve the old (the detour, the new hire, the changing seasons)
To build a big road, you first lay a detour — you don't smash the old road, you grow a transition between the old and the new. A new hire can't run things on day two; there is a stretch where they are "no longer an outsider, not yet an insider." Seasons never turn cold overnight — between them lie transition days, cool in the morning and warm at noon. Bone and flesh don't connect directly; a ligament grows in between. Blending the old into the new is not dissolving the old — it is growing a transition layer. The part holds the whole.
