Coupling Dualism: the single meta-dual template of the universe
A magnet always has a north pole and a south pole; take away either and the magnet is gone. Light is both particle and wave — measure it as a particle and it is a particle, measure it as a wave and it is a wave. Day and night, yin and yang, positive and negative, left and right — everything around you appears in pairs, and nothing ever exists alone. This is not coincidence; it is the single meta-dual template of the universe: every thing emerges from an "A-end ↔ non-A-end" binary structure through coupling and decoupling. Three axioms — duality: the two ends cannot exist without each other; universal isomorphism: the underlying code is identical, only the surface differs; possibility and constraint: superposition and collapse force coexist. This is Structure-First Cognition (smallest unit is relation), and P=P=P: practice=method=cognition.

Coupling Trilogy: cultivate the mind, set the order, create the world
A person first fixes their own cognition (cultivate the mind), then establishes order in organizations (set the order), then creates new things for the world (create the world). Three steps, not parallel but progressive: if cognition is not fixed, the order you set is chaos; if the order is not set, the things you create are scattered. Like first digging your own well deep so the water can flow out, then cutting the channels so the water can reach the fields, then the fields can grow grain. Coupling Trilogy says exactly this — cultivating the mind, setting the order, creating the world — each step is the new thing that the previous step couples into being, not empty slogans but growing layer by layer along the structure. This is Structure-First Cognition, and P=P=P: practice=method=cognition.

Coupling Control Theory: collapse where due, stay in superposition where due
A person can simultaneously want stability and want adventure. Classical logic says this is a contradiction — choose one. Coupling Control Theory says: it is not either/or, it is both — collapse where collapse is due, and stay in superposition where superposition is due. Like Schrödinger's cat: before the box is opened it is both dead and alive, and you do not need to force it to pick a side early. A mature system allows the two opposites to be present at once, tolerating the two-way pull, instead of rushing to kill one side. The collapsed-state theorem and the superposition corollary coexist — that is the structure that stays alive. This is Structure-First Cognition, and P=P=P: practice=method=cognition.

The Missing Piece Is Proof You Are Alive
Late at night you scroll the "life list": salary not high enough, temper not good enough, still talking too much — every item you list is a gap, and your whole life's effort seems to be filling these gaps one by one. You want to make yourself into a circle. But here is the reversal: the rounder you make yourself, the closer to death you are. The phoenix is not fireproof — it is un-roundable: each time it burns it cracks a new seam, new feathers grow out of the seam, a new lifetime restarts from the seam. The phoenix that rounds itself off, leaving no seam, dies completely. The places in you that are alive are all seams: your lungs breathe through a seam, your heart beats through the seam that opens and closes. The things with no seam — the river stone, the chess piece in the drawer — are perfect, complete, flawless, yet they are dead. The loop makes it self-consistent; the seam makes it alive. This is Structure-First Cognition, and P=P=P: practice=method=cognition.
